The objective of our Scratch assignment was to learn how to use programming and control. This assignment assisted us and gave us knowledge for when we have to make our own programs. We were assigned to go through all of the 8 power point Scratch tutorials and perform the tasks in order to gain more knowledge on how to use the functions on this website.
The second scratch power point helped us understand how to make scripts and how to allow the sprite to simply walk, reverse in direction, and how to make the movement go on forever.

Power point 3 lead us to figure out how to control movement of the sprite with the keyboard arrows. using our experience from the last powerpoint, we were able to make the sprite walk around the screen using these methods.
Power point 4 educated us on importing new sprites and causing interaction between sprites.
In power point 5, I was informed on how to edit the size of sprites and how to import backgrounds.
Power point 6 taught me to use everything I've learned prior to previous power points. From this power point, I also learned how to create automatic motion, how to set a count down using variables, scoring using variables, and how to import sounds.
In power point 7, I learned to import a new sprite of my choice in replacement of the old one. I also learned how to draw circles by using the pen tool and a script. I was able to change the color of the pen and use the variables "show" and "hide"

The eighth and last power point, showed us how to create a game using the lessons taught to us in all the power points together. This lesson required us to design our own maze background, stop the sprite from moving over the background, to score with prizes, to get the prizes to appear and reappear, and to choose our own prizes.
